Overview
ISBCW2026 is being held at the Millennium Hotel, Rotorua. The Foyer and pre-function area will provide the backdrop for delegates to arrive & register and to enjoy their meal breaks. This will be the focal space and meeting point any time that the symposium is not in session.

Next to mystical Lake Rotorua and just a brief stroll from the city centre, Millennium Hotel Rotorua is an eco-friendly destination in New Zealand.

There is free off-street parking with 3 electric vehicle charge stations
Registration desk
The registration desk will be in the foyer of the Millennium. Deb and Vanessa will be available to assist at the desk. It will be open as follows for you to register:

Registration 12:30pm – 3pm
It will also be open as an information desk for the duration of the event.

The venue provides free Wi-Fi for all delegates.
Medical Assistance During the Symposium
If you require medical attention while attending the symposium, please know that support is readily available.
Hotel assistance
If you feel unwell or need help, please contact the front desk or ask to speak with the duty manager at The Millennium. They can assist with guidance and next steps.
Non-urgent medical care (walk-in)
You can be seen without an appointment at Lakes PrimeCare. They provide urgent medical services for conditions that are not life-threatening.

Emergency situations
For any urgent or life-threatening medical emergency, please call 111 immediately.
Additionally, you can call Healthline (0800 611 116) at any time for free health advice if you’re unsure where to seek care or if your condition is urgent but not immediately life-threatening.
We recommend delegates familiarise themselves with these options upon arrival so support can be accessed quickly if needed.
