Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand things can change. Here’s our cancellation and refund policy:
• Cancellations received by 8 December 2025: Eligible for a refund of 50% of your registration costs to cover administration and costs already incurred.
• Cancellations received between 9 December 2025 and 8 January 2026: Eligible for a 25% refund
• Cancellations received after 8 January 2026: No refund
